ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Lexton
Fans, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that our products
will be free from defect in materials or workmanship for one year from the date
of original purchase.
Exceptions:
Normal maintenance and service. Any products
or parts which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance
or repair, faulty installation or installation contrary to recommended instructions.
Lexton Fans, Inc. obligations to repair or replace, at Lexton Fans, Inc. option, shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Lexton
Fans, Inc. shall not be liable for labor, incidental, consequential or special
damages arising out of or in connection with the product use or performance.
